The Brook Hill football team traveled to Dallas this past Friday night to take on the Dallas Shelton Chargers. The Guard played at Prince of Peace Christian School at 7:30pm with a packed stadium full of Guard fans.
Brook Hill started off with getting an interception in the first quarter. They capitalized on it and scored 7 points in the first quarter. The Guard went on to score 21 points in the second quarter, 14 in the third quarter, and 0 points in the fourth quarter. Everyone got to play and get game time experience.
It was a great win for the Guard and a great boost for the team’s morale. Now the players are ready to take on Trinity Christian Cedar Hill this Friday night at the homecoming game. The game will be played Friday, October 11 at 7:30pm at Herrington Stadium.
